Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Gas station mechanic directed me down a path where I (and others before me) hit

I had an accident in a gas station.

Several other workers in the gas station and nearby area said almost identical accidents had happened to others before me.

A mechanic directed me to go around the corner, following arrows painted on the ground, of their gas station to get a repair made. As I rounded the corner I hit a hoist that was placed in the middle of their driveway. This caused severe damage to the front of my car.

I would like help from a lawyer in getting the gas station to pay for the damage to my car and my expenses.

You do have a valid claim. However, you should retain an attorney. Your best be would be to file a claim with the station and its insurance co, If the damages are less than $5,000, you can sue in small claims court.

While the facts are somewhat incomplete, it appears that you may be able to make a claim against the gas station's insurance for the damages to your car, as well, if you incurred any personal injuries, you may be able to seek compensation for pain and suffering. If you are in the area and desire further consultation, please do not hesitate to call our office.
