Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

My Mobile Home is falling apart

We purchased a mobile home a year ago and I have been on the phone with the people who set the home up trying to get them to come back out and fix things that are still wrong with it. They are saying our year is up but these problems were reported every month since the second month we were here. Do I have any recourse to go after them with. We are not talking about little things. These are major problems with the home.

Re: My Mobile Home is falling apart

It sounds like you have a valid claim. So long as your claim is based on problems that happened during the warranty period your rights survive. I would be happy to discuss this with you further if you wish. Please call me at my office. Thank you, Howard Silver (818 597-2610).
