Im a brand new real estate agent who attended a seminar. Long story short i signed up for it for montly payments i was assured my credit card would not be charged till i called in may i never called but they have charged it. I have not gotten coaching calls yet when i called to ask they said i could not cancel and that if i did they could only send me to collections. Of course with that said i diffenetly do not want to join them. Am i out of luck? Please help!!!!

What does the agreement say? Does it say you can cancel? Even if it does not say that, when did you sign it? Where? There may be a "cooling off" period that applies. However, we would need to know more about that.

If they have not provided services, you may be able to dispute this with your credit card company.
