i been swindoled by a small in house finance company they did not give me proper notice and made a inproper default repo i made my payments with insurance and this vehicle was in a accident twice the car was in operativly but they forced insurance on me

You do not pose any question. All cars must be insured. Any one giving you a loan has the right to insist on your having insurance in order to protect their loan.
