Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
is there such thing as department of law and justice here in usa? they been calling in my work is that an harassment? whatcan i do to make them stop and theytelling methat i will be behind the bar if i dont call them back? should i still get worried when i reported them already to the federal trade consumer commission? can i file or my employer file a police report iftheystill calling my work? thank you

There is no such thing. It may be unethical collections, which is illegal, but a civil wrong, not a crime, or it may be a con. Only way to tell is call the PD and let them figure it out.
