1 year ago i paid cash that my wife had left me in life ins policy for a house that i put my girlfrend on title now she is going chapter 13 due to being sued by credit card company is my house in danger she quit claimed her part back to me as we have decided to part before being served is my house in jepardy

I am sorry, however, from your post it is really very difficult to understand what happened, and to hazard a guess at whether your home is going to be available to creditors, and/or the bankruptcy court Trustee. I can tell you that in a Chapter 13, the focus is not so much on the Debtor's assets, but more so on income and expenses, net disposable income and a chapter 13 plan of repayment. You need to review the facts with an attorney because from what you posted, it is impossible to even guess at what is going to happen.
