Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Collections in CA.

Our company has been trying to collect a past debt since 7/16/97. We have a Judgement filed in the State of TN for the amount of $8650.00, filed 4/1/99. Filed in the State of TN.

I have contacted the company with no results. We are a 3rd party. The original company that hire Tribe Event Productions, LLC was Inprise, Borland group.

They paid Tribe Event Productions in full. I have documents of this. Also Tribe Events Productions, LLC has changed name to Tribe Inc. What can we do to collect for our services performed?

Crewmasters, Inc.

Re: Collections in CA.

There are various collection avenues open to you, so long as you have properly registered your judgment in Tenn. A local asset search for the judgment debtor would be a good thing to start with. You should consult a competent Tenn. attorney for assistance in this regard. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
