Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

credit card debt

If I make below min. payment to credit card ,but am regular at the payments,can they sue me anyway.

or put a lein on my home,which is homested property.

They cannot put a lien on your home unless the creditor prevails in a lawsuit against you.
