delinquent homeowners association dues

Can a homeowners association still

request payment on HOA dues on

property no longer owned since

12/2001? They wrote off as bad debt.

accepted a recovery of $346 and start

recharging in 2008?

If no judgment has been entered against you, the statute of limitation had run. We would need to review the letter you had. Please contact us if you have any more questions. Also, did the association contact you directly or did a collection agency?
