Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Discovery question

The defense filed it's Case management papers in response to mine. Our CMS is July 23, and defense has their Discovery on July 25. Two days after and on a Saturday? Is this usual or did they make a mistake.

I'm not sure what you mean by "its discovery." If your response due date falls on a Sunday, you may serve it on the next day.
