GMAC car loan - late on payments
Can GMAC repossess this car? If yes what steps do they have to take 1st?
I keep calling their 800# and getting disconnected after a while.
I'm 2 months behind on a 2004 SUV car loan. This is a 4 yr. loan to be paid in full by Nov. 2009
I pd. 40K w/10K down and now owe less than 7K I'm in Real Estate and have money coming in but it may be 3-6 more weeks. I can make 1 payment ($588) in that time but I will still be 2 months behind. I just don't want them to come pick it up after I have dropped 30K so far. I just need some time here.
