Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

HOA member in default

We are a small complex, an HOA for 4 units. One of the members is 5 months past due in HOA dues and ignores any request to make payment. What legal recourse does the HOA have to collect?

Re: HOA member in default

Normally, your C.C. & R's allow for non-judicial foreclosures. Some Law Firms, such as our firm requires no retainer and collects our fees and costs from the homeowner. Please call us and we can answer any questions you have.
