Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Notice of Levy

I had an attorney (minor's counsel)serve a Levy on my bank acct for $1640.00 on 4-7-08. On 4/4/08 the Judge issued a Memorandum of decsion stating that Minor's Counsel's fee's is reserved until conclusion of hearings (judge granted my motion to remove Minor's Counsel). Can I get stay of execution & how do I do it?

Re: Notice of Levy

Write the attorney a certified letter and tell him to quash the levy, or refund the money, or you will report him to the state bar. Send a copy to the judge (and to all other parties).
