You might call the court clerk and find out how to schedule a judgment debtor's examination. At the examination, you would ask questions of the judgment debtor to elicit information about all of her assets and the information you need -- including bank accounts -- to be able to satisfy the judgment. If the judgment debtor owns a home, you can record the judgment with the county recorder to put a lien on her home.
