Personal Debt Collection

I have a signed contract for $3600 with Payments that is more then 6months in default and I would like to collect. The contract also has a contingecy for reasonable Attorney fees, Would an attorney do this and take it all the way to wage garishment if the other party dosent pay our would there be a persentage also assed and if so were do I find such an attorney to do so? I do not want to use the small claims court avenue, I want to turn this over to an Attorney to handel it and cant seem to find one by phone that wants to do this, Can you help or recommend someone that does this kind of work my # 909 831-9919

You can do the small claims appearance, and then have a collection attorney do the collection. Usually, an attorney would take a percentage. Also it could depend on the collectibility -- is the other person employed, have a bank account, a house, etc.? If none of those, an attorney probably would not want to touch it at all.
