Petroleum Marketer Collection Actions

We sell fuel to a gas station and have a personal guaranty signed by the owner. He has since stopped paying his bills. Can I lien the property? Can I sue for collections? What is my next step?

You have to sue the gas station (presumably a business entity of some sort) and the individual to enforce the personal guaranty.
