Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I turn in a bank writen check for my rent in a mobile home park. They refuse it saying i needed a money order 3 days later they said they would accept the check, Being they refuse my bank check in the beging do i have to pay they refuse my bank check

You still owe the rent. You shouldn't have to pay any late fees based on their refusal to accept the original check, but that doesn't doesn't get you out of paying the rent.

I agree just pay your rent and be thankful you don't have to spend the money for a cashier's check.
