11357 b and my license
I was charged with possession of under 1 ounce of marijuana, possession of a pipe (308 b), and curphew violation. I am 17, and my concern is will my driver's license be suspended and if so, is there any way to avoid it? Also, the officer told me I may or may not be contacted about a court date, what does this mean?

Yes, your license unfortunately will be an issue and you are facing suspension for 1 year. Depending upon where your case is, there might be alternative sentencing programs which could save your license or perhaps your entire case could be beaten and dismissed. You need a good lawyer.
