Arrest Warrant later issued

There was a search warrant issued to my home. they found evidence of a conttroled substance. i was let asked questions and later let go with no charges. at my boyfriends arraignment they issued an arrest warrant why? and what do i do? Do i have to go to jail?

It may have been that the district attorney decided that you should be charged with posession of the controlled substance. You have not given enough information to give more information.

Although you were not charged at the scene, the District Attorney can later charge you with possession.

It would be helpful for you to describe some things in more detail, like what was found and why a search warrant was issued in the first place? (It'll state it in the search warrant.)
