Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My boyfriend has only 3 months left of his parole it was all alcohol and minor drug offenses and his parole officer does not know he has a girlfriend. He stayed at my house for 3 nights, and his parole officer called him and started demanding my name address and phone number. He didn't give it to her over the phone, but he is meeting with her today. I have a rap sheet of small petty posession and under the influence charges. It wouldn't be good for him if he gave my name I know she would run me and find out. He did tell me she did run his former girlfriends name, but she was a big contributor of him getting in trouble. I want to know does the parole officer have the right to ask him for my name and tell him he can only spend one night a week out? Does the parole officer have the right to tell him when he can have sex, how often and who with? This seems a little extreme but thats what she is trying to do. Please advise me.

You're making it extreme. He can be granted probation on terms, which can include staying away from habitual offenders. If he violates those terms, he can go to jail.
