Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I had a case that required restitution. I came up with 1200 dollars and only 111 of that went to restitution. There was no reciept given to me, i gave the money directly to my public defender who then gave it to the da or someone. I think she pocketed my money because i have nothing proving i gave her 1200. Since it was recess when she took it from me it wont be in the minute order either. What do i do. I can't seem to reach her in her office either. My case is over and i would like answers from pub def, something ain't right

Go to the PD office and tell your story to the office mgr directly. I am not going to speculate on what happened. If you are not satisfied then contact the local Bar Association for help.
