Re: Charges of Forgery/Burglary.

Hello---Thank you for your question. The DA probably did not have enough evidence when they first looked at the case. However, the citation you were given for 475(a) and 459, are for both Forgery and Burglarly as Felonies, which could result in State Prison time. It appears that you should get some experienced legal help asap!!! I've been practicing criminal defense law for over 27 years, and I can help you. You need to get this warrant recalled right away, or you could be arrested on it, at any time. If you'd like to discuss email me, or call: (562) 929-7422, and I will give you a free consultation. Thanks, Attorney George Woodworth

Re: Charged,D.A. rejected possible refiling one charge the same one different ch

Thank you for your email. It is not unusual for the D.A. to reject charges, sent the case back to the police for further investigation, and then to refile. It appears that this is what happened in your matter. The best thing that you can do is to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to represent you in these matters. If I can be of help, please call at (800) 313-9619
