Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Who do I contact?

There is a man and woman in my apartment complex that Im sure is dealing drugs--Ive seen him make transisions with young kids(he is around 45) and its ovious when there is people comming and going all the time. He doesnt work and his girlfriend has a job with target(thats big money haha) but they seem to live it up all the time--Ive acually seen him make a money --baggie transaction. How can I turn him in without him knowing that I was the one?

I would think long and hard about turning in your neighbors. First, you could be wrong, and you could subject them to an unbelievable amount of expense, stress, and aggravation. Second, your identity could become known to them -- even though there are "anonymous" tip lines -- and you could face some sort of retaliation. If they are indeed dealing drugs as openly as you say, probably the matter will take care of itself before too long.
