Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have court tomorrow on a misdeamnor charge. However, I have a warrant out in a different county for a different charge. Will I be taken into coustody tomorrow for the warrant?

You could, if the court or the bailiff finds out about the warrant. One time I was in court in San Bernardino on a misdemeanor case. The defendant ahead of my client appeared for a misdemeanor arraignment, but the bailiff found out before hand that the guy had an outstanding felony warrant in Indiana. He got tackled, and cuffed. I believe the bailiff got a portion of the reward. It was awesome, it scared my misdemeanor client into staying out of trouble in the future.
