Credit Card Fraud Safe Haven

if someone commits "major" creditcard fraud in the us, where could she go where the us couldn't come annd get her to prosecute her ?

Most attorneys will hesitate to answer your question; it could b seen as aiding you in your attempt to flee and avoid prosecution.A better idea is to contact a criminal defense atoney and attempt to resolve the matte while the ball is still in your court. But, barring that as a possiblity, there is the option of going o the college library, or law school library near you, and researching extradition o find the name of the country that does not have a treaty with the U.S.Start your search in South America.
