if a person its arrested with drugs and the police found more in his home .It is possibleto get 12 years in jail ???? not less then that.

Sure it's possible, though the twelve years would be served in prison rather than in jail. Whether it will happen will depend upon many factors, including the type and amount of drugs that were found, the charges of which the defendant is ultimately convicted, the nature and extent of his criminal record, etc. You have provided none of this information, so there is no way to say whether a 12-year sentence is possible in this particular case.
