drug court no contact orders
drug court has issused a no contact order order against my wife and I we would like to know how we go about getting it removed, we'd also like to know what is the criteria for issusing one and if there is any oversight on thir issuance especially since it's effect can pontentcially be damaging or destory a marriage.

You seek to remove it by filing an appropriate motion in the court, supported by good cause sufficient to convince a judge to do so.
