Re: facial innocence letter

Do you need a finding of factual innocence (Penal Code 851.85) or an expungement (Penal Code 1203.4)? I would need more information from you, but my office could potentially help you with either or both.

Re: facial innocence letter

I spoke with someone in LA and they said they had heard of Mr. Liederman and said his work was exemplary.

However, if you happen to need this done in San Diego or Imperial county my office may be better equipped to help.

Regardless, there may be several options that we may use to help your husband, including factual innocence or expungement as Mr. Liederman suggested. Depending on the factual situation there may be a few other routes as well.

Regardless, I wish you the best, sounds as if you are off to a good start if your husband has found a good job!
