Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

felony? or no felony?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible for a person who has never been formally charged with a crime, never went to court, or booked to show a felony on their record?

There should be no crime on your record, unless by mistake. However, there could be a record of your arrest although if you were not booked it is not very likely. There are ways to take arrest of your record, if needed. You should contact a lawyer if anything needs to be done.
