Have you been charged with a crime based on these allegations? Either way, you should let this go.

If the District Attorney has formally charged you with something based on the report she made with the police, then you should only be talking to your lawyer. If you try to file some sort of complaint about her, you could inadvertently say something that could hurt your case.

If the DA hasn't filed charges, then they obviously didn't think the allegations were credible enough to charge you. If you try to talk to the cops or DA about her report, you might just rattle someone's cage enough that the DA would decide to file a criminal complaint against you. The cops might also still be investigating; if they are, they'd probably love a chance to question you without advising you of your right to remain silent and have an attorney present.
