Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

frantic about what to do

I am currently on home confinement.

I am due to be released on may 13th.

monitoring co. wants funds by tom-

orrow-may 7th. I am unable to do so as I am not working. If i do not pay this i go to jail for 3-1/2 years. i will lose my home and family. I am scared to death of this. is there any way to delay this payment for a couple of weeks?

I assume you had an attorney at the time of your original sentencing. You need to contact them ASAP to discuss this.

It's a shame you waited until the last possible minute. You need to get moving on this ASAP.
