Re: Fsc

You will be given a plea offer, and in all likelihood you will be given a hard sell to take it. The hardness or lack thereof of the sell depends on the quality and motivation level of your attorney.

Re: Fsc

Riverside County is very tough these days with their plea bargains. For optimum results, retain a private attorney that will give you and your case the time it deserves if you have not already done so.

Re: Fsc

Your lawyer (I am assuming you have one), the prosecution and the judge will get together to discuss settlement of the case. The judge could take a completely passive role or could be more proactive in advocating certain settlement terms. Of course, if there is an offer on the table the final decision whether to take it is yours. You have the right to have your case tried in front of the jury.
