I have a FTA on an order of restraint violation. Am I facing any jail time for that and if so how much time?

Yes. The judge will decide what to do with, and to, you when you finally appear on the warrant that is outstanding. You'll either turn yourself into court voluntarily, or you'll live looking over your shoulder because of the warrant. Any time you come in contact with law enforcement, like a ticket, you'll be cuffed and taken to court involuntarily. I suggest you show the judge you are taking the problem seriously by hiring counsel to appear for you. Attorneys in those circumstances can sometimes keep you out of jail in return for payment of fines. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
