husband incarcerated

husband aresset dui since december 5,2008 and still reminds in jail he had court date was told didnt have no appearces so he was not taken to court date but . i have letter for summions on court date im afriad they will place awarrant for his arrest like the 1st dui he has a warrant out and at that time he was incarcerated and agin nobody knew anything what can we do or what should we do

There is something not correct about this situation. If there is no court date showing in the record, then either the jail or the court has made mistakes. Go to the jail, and to the court clerk's office, and explain the situation; ask them to clear up the problem and get him brought to court. Either hire him a private attorney, or apply to the public defender. If serious about hiring private counsel, feel free to contact me.
