illegal seizure and improper police action? part one
I went to a gas station on my Kawasaki motorcycle.I got off and went in to pay for gas. When I came out I noticed a Mexican man looking at my bike.I said, �what�s up� (hello), he asked me �where did you get the blinkers� in broken English. I told him �at the store�; he then said the license plate was his.I looked at him funny and said �you�re tripping�.He said, �this is my plate, you�re in a lot of trouble�.I realized this guy wasn�t going to go away, and I pulled out the registration and said, �LOOK, can you read?� and pointed to the matching numbers on the paper to the plate.I got on my bike and tried to leave, he then grabbed my front brake and was pinching my finger by doing it.i told him to let go.and he said he was going to call the cops,I said than do it.So I stopped tiring to leave and he called someone else not 911.
