Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How do I know if I am legally allowed to possess a firearm in California. I had a misdemeanor charge in 2004 which lead to a 10 year Advisal to not posess firearms. I don't know how to find out if after the 10 years is finished if I am allowed to posess firearms legally under the Federal Law.
