First of all, you aren't going to get far with anyone unless you clean up your language. Sometimes I think a judge is full of **** but I wouldn't be helping my client by saying it out loud, and I would probably wind up in jail for contempt.

Secondly, everything you have written has to do with him, not with you or your family. If you have proof that an allegation against him is untrue, you should share it with his attorney.

A person on parole has a decreased expectation of privacy. They can be searched any time of the day or night without a warrant, and must submit to drug and alcohol testing. If you live with a parolee, any area of your home that is accessible to him can be searched without notice.

Whether you are dealing with his attorney, the police, the court or the parole officer, I would strongly encourage you to drop the attitude displayed in your question. It will definitely not help your boyfriend and could possibly hurt him.
