A Neighbor is into Bad criminal behavior along with APT MGMENT -CAN a RESIDENT in APT above us AND MANAGEMENT COME INTO our APT WITHOUT CONSENT AND PLANT WIRE TAP DIVISES IN our APT without our CONSENT. Along with on our computer/Tv service through hacked wiring in wall? TO make sure we do not turn them into the law for criminal behavior?
