Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Parole violation w/ cya

My husband is on parole under the california youth authority. He was recently caught jaywalking in a city that was off limits to him in his orders (he was on his way to the doctor office due to an auto accident), when the officers contacted his PO, his PO placed a HOLD on him until he goes to the board. I am really seeking someone who has strong knowledge in this area and would be willing to represent my husband at his hearing. I assume the attorney would have to visit my husband in the los angeles county jail also, I am not sure. We would like to move out of state and would like to know what needs to be done to have his orders changed so that he is able to make this move. Staying in california is extremely hard finanically and moving out of state would be better. Everything you ask his PO he says NO! or that it cant be done! I understand that he is a parole officer but I also know that he is not the parole board, court, judge, jury, and california youth authority either. I would like to attempt to find someone who provides consultations, this allows us both to decide is the case is even worth your time. Thank you for whatever help you can provide. Thank you

Re: Parole violation w/ cya

We can certainly represent him at the probation/parole violation hearing, defending him with the facts and evidence available, trying to keep him out of jail.

You are not likely to obtain a court order to allow a move, unless you have compelling facts and reasons.

Feel free to contact me if interested in hiring counsel for these.
