What are the possible penalties?
what are the possible penalties for conviction of California health & safety codes 11377(A)HF and 11359HF. A close friend of mine is charged w/ those offenses and now resides in New Mexico, but those charges were never resolved and he is still wanted in California. He called the DA in Sacramento cty and they informed him that these were the 2 charges against him. He was arrested and found to be in the possession of about 4oz of marijuana seeds, 2 scales, and other drug paraphinalia.
