Second time DUI is serious and you should get an attorney involved because there is mandatory minimum jail time involved. If you cannot beat the DUI (and you might be able to), factors relevant to the sentence will include the courthouse where you are being prosecuted, any aggravating factors - such as whether accident or collision was involved, level of blood alcohol and how old your prior or first DUI is.
