Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my sister has been getting bullied for about a year already and it has gone to the internet. the mother of the girl that is bullying my sister has even told her stuff too. we have talked to the susd police and the school principle and vice principle but nohing has been done. things are getting worse what can we do to solve the problem?

"what can we do..."? Little or nothing that is effective.

Formal complaint to the school and district, demanding remedy, removal of the offender, etc. OR, change schools yourself. That will only separate the two. It will not fix the internet and social network site problem or harassing calls, emails, etc. Even obtaining a restraining order will be of limited help with that unless you can get prosecutors to take criminal action or the court to issue contempt sanctions.
