My stepmom hopped on to the rental car I was driving, my dad was coming after me with a 2 by 4 and then I drove off and my step mom fell off of the hood of the car and b ok her ankle. I drove away before I saw how bad she was hurt. In the police report my younger sister stated that I hit her mom but my step mom stated she did jump on the car and she admitted I did not hit her with the car. But apparently they are going off of what my sister said. What chance do I have not going to jail?
