You need to know you shouldn't have plead guilty if you weren't guilty. This will be on your record the rest of your life. If you don't want to withdraw your plea, you need to get probation terminated early and then attempt to get the case expunged pursuant to 1203.4 pc. Contact my office and we can talk more. Need help? No, you're past the point of legal help. You've already pled guilty to the charges, and you 'need to know' you must do everything you are ordered to do. Any help you needed was at the time you were in court.

Need to know? Sure. If the CPS and police believed it to be 'unfounded' they would not have filed the charges that the DA got you to plead guilty to.

Someone doesn't understand the system.
