Charge stating''on or about 01/01/2001'' then under ''crimes against persons''it states ''attempted to contact victim''Then in the narrative is says ''victim states receit of 50 text messages over a 3 month period''. What specificaly can be charged ?The alledged ''attempt to contact on a specific date or everything included in the report?
