Children under 14 not allowed in spa

Is there a California state law that prohibits children under the age of 14 to enter a spa or sauna even if they are accomplanied by an adult?

Not to my knowledge, but there is also no law against a hotel or other spa owner's putting up a sign. I have never ever seen this rule enforced.
