?? That they made you fat, maybe by serving junk food ?? No sir. Not unless they strapped you to a board and force fed you for years.

?? That someone 'picks on you' about it ?? Harassment and unfair treatment is part of life, and not illegal unless based upon you being a member of a 'protected' category, like race, age, sex. Weight is not a 'protected' category in civil rights law because it is not an 'immutable' characteristic of your genetic makeup like race, age, sex.

The modern US public school system does view bullying as an act subject to disciplinary remedy, but lawsuits by the victim are rarely brought or successful unless the conduct verges on violence and tortuous intimidation.
