Sexual discrimination

There is a phone chat line service that charges men (about $50 per 90 mins), but women use the service for free. Is that legal?

Yes, it is legal.

Many bars have ladies nights. where ladies drink for free, or close to free, and men pay higher prices.

Discrimination requires equal treatment in many areas, but uses common sense.

If everything were exactly equal, we'd have men and women using the same public restrooms!
