Company liability re: DUI
If we supply a cash-only bar at our company party, is the company then liable if an employee departing the party in involved in an accident/injures someone?

As far as liability to third parties you should be OK, but you could draw a workers' comp claim if an employee is injured. Ask your WC carrier.
