Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Can I take to court, and sue my DUI counsler, for wrongfully dismissing me from the DUI program 6 years ago? I have proof that I did what was asked of the courts, and that I was terminated wrongfully. The reason it's taken me so long to confront this matter, is because I have a medical condition called "Social Anxiety Disorder", and it has kept me from pursuing this matter until now. If so, I would like to ask one more short question.

Unfortunately for you, under California law, "You snooze, you lose." Civil Code 3547. Social Anxiety Disorder has not yet been found by a California court to excuse noncompliance with the statute of limitations (the legal time limit within which one must file a lawsuit). The statute of limitations for the type of case you are contemplating is (at best) two years. Don't take all year to ask your next question.
